What happens when I place my order?

- If your order is in stock with us, your order will be shipped to you within 24 – 48 hours

- If your order is not in stock with us, we will place your order with our suppliers, who will aim to deliver to us within the time specified on the product. Once it has arrived, we will be in contact to arrange delivery to you.

- If the piece you have selected does not specify in stock, please be aware that we will have to place the order with the supplier.

As we source our collections of modern furniture and lighting from major European suppliers, waiting for the perfect bespoke furniture can take a little longer. We aim to be as accurate as possible with our lead times, however they are approximate. As soon as we are able to give you a more accurate lead time we will be happy to let you know.

If you want to know a more accurate lead time on the product before you place your order, feel free to call us on 01772 713434 or contact us and we will try and recieve a more accurate lead time from our supplier, however we may only be able to produce an accurate lead time once the product has been ordered.
