- Do you have a showroom?
Yes, we opened our first showroom in 2003 on the busy A6 in Lancashire, still in Preston we are now based on London Road at Olympia House. Plan your visit here.
- How can I place an order?
Many ways to suit you, if visiting our showroom isn’t practical we assist many customers via email and over the phone. You can also buy online. We understand you may have questions and welcome your queries and encourage you to contact us.
- What payments do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards including Amex, Paypal.
- Do you offer finance?
Not currently.
- Do you have everything on your website in your showroom?
We have a selection of carefully hand picked items on display for you to try out, feel and experience the quality.
- Do you keep stock?
In most cases, the suppliers do not hold stock as there are many variations available in most cases goods are made to order. Some items in certain colours are readily available in stock depending on the brand.
- When do have a sale?
We have seasonal sales throughout the year on selected products. Where savings can be made on the retail prices on most brands and we a clearance sale throughout the year where you can buy ex-display furniture of lighting, returned orders or over stocked items at reduced prices.
- I have seen the same item at a lower price on another website, do you price match?
We would need to check if the item is genuine and offered by a UK website, as part of our trading agreement with our suppliers we adhere to the recommended retail price however we may be able to match a lower price if that means our level of service to you isn’t compromised.
- When will I receive my order?
You will receive an order acknowledgment upon your payment being processed. We aim to confirm the expected delivery date within 2-7 working days. Once we are in receipt of your order, we shall contact you by email to arrange a suitable delivery date.
- How will my order be delivered?
We use different services for different items. Please see our delivery terms.
- Can my order be delivered to a different address?
We can arrange delivery to a different address to the billing address, we may require additional Information for verification.
- Do you assemble furniture?
We offer assembly of free standing furniture such as tables, chairs and most beds. We do not carry out assembly for larger items such as wardrobes, system furniture, and wall mounted furniture as they require a specialist fitter. We may be able to recommend a trusted fitter dependant on area.
- What is your returns policy?

- What if my order arrives damaged?
If you find that your item(s) is defective please, we aim to repair where possible or provide you with a replacement either in full or in part as quickly as possible. For full information visit our terms and conditions.

- Where can I see examples of your work?

- How do I care for my furniture?
Your new furniture will carry a care information specific to the materials however most items can be cleaned with a soft lint free cloth. Please contact us for more information if in doubt.
- Do you offer an extended warranty?
You get a standard 2 year warranty against manufacturing defects. For accidental damage we offer furniture protection plans at very reasonable prices covering you for 5 years.
- Do you offer trade discount?

- Is your furniture and lighting genuine?
Yes, we only deal with leading European suppliers producing original designs. Throughout our website you will see who has designed the items and the brand who has manufactured them.
