Once your goods arrive in stock, we will contact you by email to inform you and arrange a delivery date with you between Monday & Friday when you are able to accept delivery.

Delivery Details

How we deliver to you

Our delivery service operates between Monday & Friday.

For small packages and orders under £1000 we will send your goods via courier service when they arrive in stock. We will contact you by email to find out when you can accept delivery between Monday to Friday. Once booked we shall email you tracking details.

For orders over £1000 we offer a home delivery to room of choice service and an optional 2 man home delivery and assembly service. We use trustworthy 3rd parties that aim to deliver to you within 7-10 working days of your order arriving in stock, timeframe provided, for the 2 man delivery service your goods are unpacked, assembled and unwanted packaging disposed of, please note exclusions apply for certain items. 

If you have ordered multiple items, we will send these out to you in one delivery.

Clearance items can either be collected from our showroom or we can arrange for them to be delivered to you.  

If the items are boxed they can be collected or delivered within 2 -3 days or placing an order.

If the items are ex-display they are usually still available to view in our showroom before purchase. We aim to have them ready with 7 – 10 days as they may need to be disassembled, and shall need to source packaging for safe transport as the original packaging will have been discarded. Costs will vary depending on your location and if the goods require special handling, please contact us for a quote.

Tracking your delivery

Depending on the tye of courier service we have appointed we will be able to provide you with a tracking number to track your goods via the courier website. For all other methods you will be provided a 2 – 3 hour timeframe you can also contact us for an update.

International delivery

We obtain the most competitive rates we can and contract an experienced team of freight forwarders. Goods can be delivered worldwide by air, road or sea backed by their modern communications systems which ensure accurate tracking of your goods.

Time frame and prices depend on geographical location, enquiries are welcome and quotes are provided upon request.

Insuring your delivery

For all our delivery methods we hold an "all risks" insurance policy covering your goods whilst in transit both within and outside the UK.  When you receive your delivery it is of the utmost importance that you check you have received the correct quantity and there are no apparent damages, you must sign for your goods accordingly, failure to do so may invalidate a claim to replace your goods. (This does not affect your statutory rights)

Installation options

Assembly of furniture includes assembly of free standing single items i.e. desks, dining tables, coffee tables & positioning of furniture. Items of furniture such as beds, wardrobes and wall mounted cabinets may require straightforward home assembly, if required we can recommend a fitted furniture specialist depending on the area you live and provide a quote upon request. Delivery terms

We will aim to deliver your goods by the date requested and time specified, these times are not guaranteed sometimes things can happen outside our reasonable control, if your delivery is delayed the delivery date will be extended by a reasonable period and we will contact you to arrange an alternative time. Please see our full terms and conditions for further reading.

Delivery access

Please note, you are responsible for ensuring that items you order can be delivered to your property and room of choice, with safe and reasonable access from the public highway to the place of delivery.

You are also obliged to provide any required parking permits in advance of delivery. The delivery charge does not include any costs resulting from the removal of fixtures, including windows and doorways, or specialist lifting equipment.

If our delivery staff considers access unsafe, we will be unable to deliver your goods until safe access is provided.

Please note, if your orders cannot be delivered,or if access is restricted, you remain liable for 50% of the order value and the full cost of delivery.

If you have any concerns about access via restricted spaces, such as doorways, stairs, lifts or hallways, we strongly advise you contact us prior to purchase. In some circumstances our delivery staff will inspect the delivery address to confirm whether delivery will be possible.

 

*Free local delivery includes Lancashire, Cumbria, Manchester and Merseyside and for orders within UK Mainland which fall under £1000.00 but excluding clearance items.

**For orders outside of these areas which are over £1000.00 we offer a home delivery and assembly service for a small £95.00 fee, this is usually because the items are heavier and bulkier and require specialist care so we appoint a home delivery team. Assembly excludes installation of wardrobes, system and wall mounted furniture, mirrors and light fittings.
